“You are what you eat.” Axiom
How true this is for both the body and soul. Our physical and spiritual diet are directly related to our overall health. Dr. Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food.” It is wise to watch, not only what we feed the body, but what we allow ourselves to mentally feed upon. We also become what we think about.
