The principle of “little by little” works in both good and bad. Our health can be lost a little at a time. It can also be gained. A life can be thrown away by little but unwise decisions every day. But small changes in lifestyle can lead to a rich and abundant life. Identify those little attitudes and actions that steal from you and replace them with those that promote spiritual and physical health.
