My emotions often reflect my reactions to my circumstances, but your Spirit is gently inviting me to rise above them. Thank you for teaching me the difference in being where I am from being ruled by where I am. Help me be wholly present to this moment, but not driven by it. I want my emotions to follow my mind, not lead the dance.
