The only way I can have it my way and be a disciple of Christ is when my way lines up with His. Every single day, all through the day, I have thoughts; want to say words, and want to do things that are contrary to the goodness I see in Jesus. I find it necessary to say, “Nope,” can’t go there; shouldn’t say or even think that. Before we can live for goodness, we must first die to all the badness in us.
