The whole notion of “falling in love” implies that you cannot control how you feel about someone. After all, who chooses to fall? But marriage is a mutual commitment that says I choose you over everyone else. I promise that I will love you even though I may not feel like it. Some people spend their whole life trying to recapture the feeling of love when it would be better to focus on the actions of love. Feelings usually follow your focus.
