“Consistent action creates consistent results.” Christine Kane

Some things must be repeated regularly to reap their benefits. It is not just action but consistent action that taps into the strength of doing them. Staying hydrated, eating healthy, exercise, and good sleep are hallmarks of health. Reading, reflecting and praying also promote spiritual health as does the exercises of loving others.
