I am not sure what Jesus meant when he said that the pure in heart will see God. We are told that His children will one day “see God as He is.” I suppose we could say that light surrounding Him reveals something even when we are blinded by it. I am comforted by the knowledge that everything we need to know about God is seen in Jesus.
