The body is temporal, the soul eternal. We often forget this and actually pretend the reverse is true. We cling to the outside world that is here and gone in a flash, and neglect the inner life that will long survive it. We are the soul within, not the glove without. Give priority to the health of spiritual life, for it is here alone where we can find true life, true health and lasting peace.
