Communication can define a good or bad marriage. Strangely, one can have good communication skills and still have a bad marriage. After all, a person can clearly communicate that they do not wish to be married any longer. Having said that, one cannot have a good marriage without good communication. A healthy marriage not only communicates clearly, the content of what is said enhances, not hinders the partnership. What good is it if I win an argument but hurt my partner.
