Learning how to keep your opinions to yourself has great value, both to ourselves and to others with whom we share them. If we cannot contribute anything positive to our dialogue, opening our mouth with negatives does not help, and in fact just makes everything worse. “Know when to walk away” from critical, condemning and judgmental conversation.
