Be fully and completely present. When you go somewhere, don’t miss out on the opportunities of life before you get there. When you pull into a parking lot to go buy groceries, don’t miss the opportunity to smile at someone on the way into the store, and don't miss the beauty of the clouds above, or the sound of birds singing around you. Do not fall into the trap of always going somewhere and never being where you are.
