It’s all grace where my life with God is concerned. I have no personal footing to stand on that merits His favor. What I cannot do, He has done in Jesus. Every good thing that I am able to do is a reflection of this. I am not earning a place in Heaven when I do something good. Eternal life is His gift to all who look to Christ. Doing good works like love is its own reward.
