“But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger.” James.1I am learning to enjoy listening; not as much as I enjoy talking but I am learning. Listening is learning. Do not always try to be a teacher; be the student. This is especially true when conversing with people who have a different background than your own. Listening to people share their point of view, is the best way to communicate that you value them even if you do not always agree with what they are saying.
