A great deal, if not the whole of Christian living, is learning to transfer our trust. We must discover that we cannot, before we will ever know that God can. Like the drowning man we must stop struggling and transfer our trust to the lifeguard. Until we give up faith in our own weakness we can never know faith in the power of God.
