Every soul that enters glory will do so only because the declaration of Jesus, “It is finished.” God has made a gift out of what we could never afford to buy. Let me cease all efforts to earn Heaven. Christ has paid it all. There is nothing owed on the transaction to secure eternal life. His last words are the Last Word.
