Thanksgiving is not just the giving of thanks but the giving of self. It would be hard to improve showing our appreciation to God for His many blessings than by being a blessing to Him in return. And what blesses God? In a word, He loves every expression of kindness. Be kind to family, friends, strangers, even animals and make God smile. Don’t just say it, show it.
