It all starts with the mind, or at least it should if we are wise. It all ends with our actions. In between lies a host of desires and emotions. Who wants to be ruled by fickle desires and ever changing emotions? If we control our thoughts we control everything that follows. This is why all transformation must begin with the mind and finish with our actions. Desires and emotions make great followers but very poor leaders.
