Just about everyone I know has some name for Heaven and believes, or at least hopes, they and their loved ones are going to it after they die. Of course, believing it, does not make it so. Jesus taught that God is the only eternal and that those joined to Him should not only hope, but expect, to live forever. How then are we joined to God? The closest thing that I can compare it to is what we call marriage. Christ offers His hand in an eternal partnership. He awaits our answer of faith.
