I sometimes wonder why I have moments of discouragement when I have so much to be thankful about. However, one can be grateful and discouraged at the same time. We all go through rainy seasons. Even Jesus had moments when He was troubled. It is unrealistic, even unhealthy, to burden ourselves with trying to be “up” all of the time.
