Recently I felt lead to pray for someone who became a quadriplegic at a young age. She has spent the greater part of her life staring at the ceiling. I prayed fervently for God’s mercies even that He would take her home and free her from the prison of a broken body. Later that day I found out she had already died. I could not help but wonder why I felt so strongly about praying for her that morning.
