There are things I believe I have trouble believing. For instance, I believe in God’s promise to provide, but I still find myself worrying whether He will. Some call this a head belief instead of a heart belief. I have similar struggles when rock climbing. I know in my head that I am secure by a rope and harness, yet I still have butterflies every time I go over the edge of a cliff. Faith may start with the mind, but we must act and trust our faith to the rope, if you catch my meaning.
