Teach me the stillness of soul as I sail in choppy waters, to possess it in patience until You connect the momentary dots and perfect peace becomes my continuous line.

I have sat in some serene places without possessing serenity of soul. If the peace of Christ is anything, it is a firm persuasion in our soul that because the Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need.
