When people give us a different point of view, it may not be that their perspective is a better summary than our own, but we will be in a better position to grow wiser just for having listened. The road to wisdom begins in a humble soul. The best counsel is in the heart of the one willing and ready to receive it. It is the spirit of learning, not necessarily what is learned, that will lead us to wisdom and truth.
