Use the temptation to be frustrated with things that don’t  matter as a reminder to focus on things that do. Provocation can remind us to be patient. Someone's rudeness can remind us to be kind. The loss of something temporal can sharpen our desires for what is eternal. Declining health can stimulate attitudes that foster spiritual wholeness. Let go of that which matters little and embrace those things that matter most.
