“La dolce far niente,” is one of my favorite Italian phrases and it means, “the joy of doing nothing.” It is also a skill that needs to be nurtured if we want balance in our lives. You can call it learning how to chill, do the “mellow yellow,” or just simply unwind, but we all need to balance work and rest. Do not let the business of life keep you from stopping by the house at Pooh corner.
