I regret that I have regrets. And, it does not help to ask, “Who doesn't?”

It is generally considered wise to learn from one’s mistakes. Don’t be guilty of not learning from your regrets; repent and regret no more. It is before we say something, before we do something, before we eat or drink, or participate in any activity that the battle of not regretting is won or lost. Decide before so there we be no regret after.
