I pray this prayer especially at weddings but also for my own attitude and actions toward others. There are days when I do not like my wife but I still want to love her. To like someone is a feeling. To love someone is an action. Love promises to never leave and to always act in a manner that seeks what is best for the person you love even though you may not like what they are doing.
