Since learning to surf, I have picked up a few new words. One of my favorites is the word ‘stoke’ or ‘stoked.’ Stoke is an enthusiastic, you could even say, ‘joyful’ approach to life--one which motivates you to grab hold of it. For those who have made a practice of doing so, stoked becomes an attitude and approach to everything.
