“Love is not easily angered,” 1Cor.13
To say that love is not easily angered does not mean that it never is. I should think that anger is an appropriate response when those we love are threatened. A commitment to loving what is good is also a commitment to resist what is bad. We should not be surprised that God gets angry over things which harm his children--even if we are ones doing the harm.
