I sometimes get distracted watching a movie and realize that I don’t know what just happened on the screen. No problem of course, I just hit the rewind button. I think it is wise to realize that life has no rewind button. If we check out and miss an important moment we can’t get it back. Be there! Don’t miss out! Harness all your energies and feast on the details of life.
