“Love your neighbor as yourself.” Jesus
We should not confuse love with like, especially when talking about loving yourself. God wants me to love me, not in the sense of liking but in the sense of seeking what is good, right and true. I may not like myself, but I can certainly act in my best interest. And, Jesus has made it clear that it is in our best interest to look out for the interest of others. No man should be nor can be selfless but we can be and should be unselfish. Conversations Within” ts 6/14/2014
