When I think about it, just about every unhappy moment in my life is when I am thinking about what “I” want; what “I” deserve; what is keeping “me” from having it.

I believe that people were created to be happy but we have corrupted happiness into a pursuit when God designed it to be the state that inhabits abounding love. When the energy of our life flows out in service to others, our hearts knows happiness. When the energy of our life draws selfishly inward, happiness is always just out of reach.
