Decisions based on feelings are often rash and unwise. The same can be said of decisions based solely on desires. We often make bad choices because our strongest desire at the moment is out of line with what we know is good, wise and true. A part of wisdom’s wisdom is that we train our desires so that we have a greater desire for superior desires. In other words, we would choose, wisdom over wealth, health over one more piece of pie, friendship over pride, and pleasing God over everything. Conversations Within” ts 5/4/2015
