People sometimes take foolish chances. One of the big ones is gambling that we have time to recover from making an irresponsible decision, like putting off important matters. We should ready ourselves if we are to be ready for events we know are coming. Have I made preparations to keep my affairs in order in the event…? Well, you know what I mean. And, after the event am I ready for life’s most important appointment with my Maker? We certainly don’t want to leave anything to chance for that.
