Some days I just don’t feel it. I hear that someone has passed and my heart feels the pain of loss more than the joy of celebration. If I really believe that glory awaits us after we die, then the passing of a child of God is great cause to celebrate. I still have mixed emotions at best. But even Jesus wept at the tomb of Lazarus. Perhaps it was due not so much to the sorrow of loss at the graveside as it may have been due to our doubts beside it.
