Do not judge others, nor give a reason for others to judge you.
It is foolish to pass judgment on others and just as foolish to do something that might tempt others to judge you. Do not give anyone a reason to question your faithfulness. “Abstain from even the appearance of evil.” If our behavior causes others to call into question our Christian faith, then we may be guilty of leading them to pass judgement on us and stumble in their own faith.
