There are many ways to express greatness. One is put greatness in whatever we do. Generally the easiest way to do this is to be useful to those around us. Small things done for others are usually considered great. Christ is patiently reshaping our understanding of greatness or of what it means to lead others. True leaders are servant leaders. Great leaders understand that they hold the position of leadership in order to serve, not to be served. A leader lives for the success of others. Anyone can be a leader in service.
