I depend on others. I want them to know that they in turn can depend on me.

It is wise to see our connectedness to others. We were not created in isolation but to live together and serve one another. Purposely choose the connected life. Give your time and energy to humans, not just hobbies, to family and friends. Even go out of your way to show kindness to strangers.
