The submission of love is always voluntary.

The meek horse willfully accepts the guidance of the rider. Meekness is first an attitude and the very first attitude we must have toward God if we are to love Him and discover His will for our lives. Our Father will not force us to follow, because love can never be forced, and must be freely given. God is looking for a family not a bunch of slaves.
