There is a time to feast and a time to fast; knowing when to do what is the wisdom of living fully in each moment. I hate sitting around the Thanksgiving table and discussing next week’s diet plans. If you are at a feast, by all means, feast. Each moment calls us to run or walk, to speak or be silent, to fight or turn the other cheek.
