Often great change begins with a small decision. A big decision is often disguised as a small one. Who would think that an addiction would begin simply by trying something new. The good news is that this dynamic works both ways. A small adjustment in some daily behavior can lead us to a better life. One step up the ladder affects as much change as one step down it.
