“Have a balanced breakfast with complex carbohydrates, protein, and some fat preferably high in Omega-3s and with at least 5 grams of fiber.” (Internet suggested list of things to do everyday)

There are many suggested  lists on the internet of things we should do every day. All of them are generally health related. When we think in terms of health we usually think first of our physical health but we would do well to give attention to our emotional, mental and spiritual health as well. Do I have a healthy lifestyle? God’s wisdom inclines us to give some thought to what we do each day. Let us at least do that. Let us at least set aside time to consider, to think, to ponder, and plan a healthy day body soul and spirit.
