Our values are vital to our decision making process. Life presents us with many choices that produce inner conflict. We sometimes refer to them as temptations. We are given the opportunity to do something we might want to do but know we should not do it because it is not good for us. Well defined values practiced into habit and habit into character make it easier to resist such temptations.
