I can't hear you! My wife and I say this just about everyday. Talking room to room can be difficult. You have to shout, and repeat yourself most of the time. Finally we give up and do what we should have done in the first place and that is position ourselves to communicate effectively. Of course there is more to this than physical proximity. It takes sincere and purposeful energy to communicate when sharing matters of soul. Half-hearted communication is not really communicating. When we speak or listen do so face to face and heart to heart.
