“Never ruin an apology with an excuse.” Unknown
We all need to apologize from time to time which means we all need to learn how to do it properly. Be sure not to start any sentence with, “I was wrong to do this, but....” Openly, and honestly without excuse, confess your wrong doing. Be sure to end with these simple words. “Will you forgive me?” This encourages the healing to begin in them as well.
