I would think these words would have application in a number of settings--work as well as home, a classroom or any place where one person advises or teaches another.
I read the other day that ninety percent of the friction in the world was caused by the tone in one’s voice. People often fail to communicate because the tone drowns out the talk. There are people who talk with others and there are those who talk to others. What good is advise if it is rejected because of the manner in which it is given.
