Just because your partner won't dance to the tune of a good marriage doesn’t mean you must sit out when the music starts. The abundant life that Jesus promises cannot be undone, even by a poor spouse.

“Your Maker is your husband.” Is.54

If your marriage isn’t what you want it to be, show up anyway. Do your part and do it just as if you were doing it for God. You will know you are doing this when, joy replaces misery and patient contentment replaces bitterness. Your spouse may never show up to do their part, but God will not abandon your service and devotion to Him. If God promises to be a husband to the widow will He not also show up on the dance floor when the music starts? Conversations Within” ts 2/14/2013 (Jax, FL)
