These golden words tell us that love is much more than not doing harm to our neighbor. They encourage not only to refuse to do harm but to aggressively seek to do good. Whatever good I want for myself, let me want and seek it for my neighbor. And, since giving is receiving, the surest means to bring goodness to me is to give it to someone else.
