“The trouble with always trying to preserve the health of the body......is that it is so difficult to do without destroying the health of the mind.” G.K. Chesterton

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” 1Tim.4

Americans are becoming increasingly health conscience, even though most of us struggle with practicing it. I tend to think too much about something or just talk about it when the solution would be just do it, Get on with it! Eat right, exercise, and get proper rest. This is true as much for the soul as it is the body. We should never emphasize one to the exclusion of the other. What good is it to rise at five in the morning to go for a run but have no time left to nurture the soul? Conversations Within” ts 9/13/2015
