Too many exceptions to rule will often become the rule.

I give myself too many exceptions. I do this so much so that it may be in my favor to make an exception and do as I originally planned. It is certainly in my favor to define when to allow an exception. I should think it wise to allow them only when doing so is more beneficial than the norm.
